Hi. I just loaded Melodyne editor in Studio One Professional and it told me I needed to adjust the audio buffer size to 1024.
I looked in Options > Audio settings but did not locate where/how to set it to 1024.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, changing buffer size i do within my Interfaces mix control app and currently using Focusrite Scarlet 6i6 but i also had the Presonus 22VSL and it was the same for that you went into the virtual mixer software and then select the rate adn bit depth there and it would show up within Studio One, Although the Focusrite you select the ASIO in Milliseconds but i'm sure the 22VSL showed the size not the MS delay.
I can go to options then audio setup then hit control panel button next to the audio device and this would launch the external mixer for me.
Hope that helps as I had to do the same for melodyne as well.

Thanks, I appreciate your help.
I'll play around with my audio interface and see how it affects S1 audio settings.
I was looking for settings within S1 itself.
Now I know to adjust interface settings first or in tandem.
It looked like some of the fields in S1 were not editable. I guess they'll change with my audio interface adjustments.
I have a Roland Quad-Capture and don't know right now what the equivalent on it is for 1024. Hopefully it will be staring me in the face or I can find a conversion formula of some sort for it.

In StudioOne it is on the Audio Setup tab of the Preferences page.

Isn't that the Options page shown in screenshot above?
If I unlock the internal block size mine only goes up to 512. Is there somewhere else to set 1024?
Is there an actual Preferences page, or is that the same as Options?
Do I need to install the 64 bit version of Studio One? I'm on Windows 8.1.
Also, how much memory can S1 handle? Is there a max ram setting somewhere? I have 32 gigs ram.

Are you using windows audio as your output device? That only has buffer of 512. You would need to use your interface if you have one, or try asio4all.

Windows 8.1 proi 64 bit has maximum memory listed as 512GB (thats gigabytes) and disk volumes will be in terabytes, S1 would't care how much memory you have that's handled by the Operating system. Windows 7 and i think windows 8 had an issue where systems over 24GB not all memory then accessed but think that was like 27GB max would show when you had over but that's now fixed under 8.1 x64
From my undertsanding its all down to the audio interface what bit depth you get and then how much sample memory it can use, be worth checking Rolands documentation on that and what they say you can use i know i can go much higher than 1024 but that then increases latency.
